Breathing Exercises

Welcome to the Breathing Exercise Page

This page is designed to help you practice various breathing techniques to improve relaxation and mindfulness. You can choose between different breathing exercises:

  1. Box Breathing (4-4-4-4): A simple and effective method to calm your mind and body by inhaling, holding, exhaling, and holding each for 4 seconds.
  2. 4-7-8 Breathing: A powerful technique to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, and help you sleep by inhaling for 4 seconds, holding for 7 seconds, and exhaling for 8 seconds.
  3. 6-6 Breathing: A balanced breathing method to enhance focus and reduce stress by inhaling and exhaling each for 6 seconds.

To start, select your preferred exercise from the dropdown menu and press the “Start” button. Follow the instructions on the screen, and let the breathing circle guide you through the exercise.
